Wheelhorse Industries Facility
We measure and record surface prep (blast) profiles and coating mil thicknesses every step of the way, and stringently follow manufacturer application and formulation requirements. We hate re-work as much as our customers, and delivering only top-quality work product to exceed our customer’s expectations is our priority.
Blasting Booth
50′ long, 25′ wide, and 16′ high: soon expanding to 65′ long
Climate-Controlled Paint Booths
Two 50’l, 25’w, 16′ high booths, with an interior partition door to create a 100′ long booth if necessary
Blast Media
We blast with steel shot, steel grit, and wet & dry sand processes. For the most intricate surface cleaning and preparation jobs we also have a laser surface cleaner & prep machine.

With two 10-ton bridge cranes featuring a 60-foot span and a 29-foot hook height, we expertly handle even the heaviest and most complex machinery. This capability allows us to lift, position, and repair equipment with efficiency and safety, providing a seamless workflow for projects that require the utmost precision and care in maneuvering large components.

to Wheelhorse Industries
We are adding a 70-ton gantry crane for outdoor service of the heaviest and largest jobs. This crane will allow Wheelhorse to blast and paint large vessels, equipment, and assemblies which not many shops can take on. With over 5 acres of yard space, we can also support our customers in their own repair, rig-up and commissioning operations, allowing the customer to leverage our capabilities.
